| Harrogate has a lot to offer |
| Simon & Sharon also have very successful businesses at The Blues Bar - which provides live music throughout the week (and has been recognised nationally for doing so) and The World's End in Knaresborough - a truly charming family pub, on the riverside of Harrogate's very scenic neighbour. |
 |
For a relatively small town there is a lot of big town entertainment and it happens all through the week and all round the year. Concerts from Van the Man may be a rare treat but Jools Hollands, Cliff Richard and Status Quo have all played here in the last twelve months. |
|
| Set in the 'golden triangle' between Leeds, York & Bradford. Harrogate has long been central to the business of enjoying North Yorkshire. A short walk down Montpellier Road - past the excellent shopping in the Montpellier Quarter (home to Farrah's Toffee amongst other delights) is The Valley Gardens - one of the towns most visited attractions. |
| The Valley Gardens dates back to the Victorian Era and has been winning floral accolades since before Alan Titchmarsh was born! It is still regularly enjoyed by locals. Throughout the year you'll find art exhibitions, concerts, society gatherings and firework displays. |
