No cancellation charge is incurred if a booking is cancelled seven days before arrival date. For group bookings the cancellation period is four weeks. If you do need to cancel your reservation please do this via email or telephone direct 01423 524471. Where cancellation is made outside of the above terms the guest will be charged the full amount for the booking.

Please notify the hotel if arriving after 6pm, reception is closed at 10pm. If guest need a late check in please telephone direct for door code the day before check in. Check in 2pm. Check out 11am
